This web site will discuss what types of problems African nations have encountered after obtaining their independence from European nations.

By the year 1945, only three countries were independent states. These states were Egypt, Ethiopia, and Liberia, but the mid-1960's most African colonies were independent. The countries that will be discussed mainly in this site will be Libya, Algeria, and Nigeria. We will also converse some of the main African leaders who were vital for some countries independence. Gaining independence was not easy and sometimes was bloody for some countries.
